Return Process

Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to confirm the eligibility of your return or replacement based on our food safety standards.
- 3.Prepare for Disposal
If your claim is approved for a refund or replacement, we typically do not require the physical return of perishable food items for safety reasons; you may dispose of the product as directed.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once approved, a replacement shipment will be dispatched immediately, or a full refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
